KASK Zenith X2 Max – Type I & Type II Class E Safety Helmet (Non-Vented, White) – WHE00134-201

Designed specifically for larger head sizes (60–66 cm), the KASK Zenith X2 Max builds on the proven performance of the original Zenith X2 with an expanded fit range and enhanced protection. This premium Type II safety helmet delivers lightweight strength, advanced impact absorption, and reliable performance in extreme jobsite conditions.

Tested for cold-weather impacts down to -30 °C, the Zenith X2 Max maintains protection and comfort in harsh environments where standard hard hats can fail. Its high-performance outer shell resists UV exposure, discoloration, and environmental degradation, helping preserve long-term safety and appearance on demanding worksites.

The helmet’s dual-density inner shell is engineered to manage both vertical and lateral impacts. A softer internal layer absorbs energy from top strikes, while a denser crown structure disperses force during side impacts—delivering Type II protection without sacrificing comfort. Internal padding attaches via a simplified, tool-free system, allowing quick replacement and extending the helmet’s service life.

For all-day wearability, the Zenith X2 Max features Hydrocool® moisture-management fabric combined with silver-ion treated textiles to reduce odor buildup and improve hygiene. KASK’s advanced fit system includes a dual-diameter adjustment dial, ergonomic side wings, and the patented Self Adaptive Live Hinge, which flexes naturally with head movement to maintain a secure, pressure-free fit.

Certified as a Class E electrical safety helmet and tested up to 20,000 volts, the Zenith X2 Max is well suited for electrical, utility, and industrial applications. A redesigned eco-leather chinstrap with multiple rear adjustment points and lateral dividers allows for a precise fit, while the lime-green buckle clearly identifies compliance with EN 12492 standards.

Accessory-ready by design, the helmet includes a front mounting slot for headlamps or ID holders, four removable lamp clips compatible with elastic-band headlamps, integrated earmuff slots for KASK or compatible adapters, a chinstrap loop for harness attachment, and a rear nameplate for fast worker identification.
