By minimizing the amount of recycled PVC injection molded into the base (but keeping the same wall thickness of the cone to keep it sturdy) JBC has made a 28" cone that weight only 5 1/2 lbs.
Perfect for schools, churches and businesses where you want a 28" tall traffic cone, but simply don't need (or want) the weight of heavier cones. 9/5/2023The quality of these cones are what I would have expected and will serve our purpose well. My public works folks like them so much they are setting them in a special place so as to not use them for daily construction and operations and muss them up. The turn around time was quick. We had them printed and I thought they'd take "a lot longer." They got here faster than I imagined and before the day "promised." They look good and they do the job we need. Since they have gotten here we have decided we will need some different colored ones with different printing to serve other purposes in the future. To top it off, the company recognized we were government and yet still charged ourselves taxes (our credit cards aren't tax exempt computer compliant coded). They called me, and I was able to get our tax exempt status added to our account and order quite easily. These cones helped with our annual Labor Day Celebration and made my life easier.
